One of the best programs I’ve found over the last 18 months is a Keyword Tool that allows you to do allsorts of things with list of keywords, or even other lists, such as add prefix or suffix’s, for example if you have a long list of domain names and want to add http://www. to the start of each one it’ll do this for you automatically, or if you have a list of keywords and want to add a town, city or state name to the start or the end, it’ll do that.

It’ll also sort lists, filter lists for bad words, remove duplicates, remove lines with over a number of words (you decide how many), it can remove extra spaces, it can replace spaces with hyphens, it can change all the letters to upper or lower case, or just make the first letter of each word upper case.

It can combine diferent lists to make a "master" list.

and a whole bunch more, and it can do all of this in batches to sets of lists in a folder.

You can probably see why I tend to use this tool almost every day..
